SHIPPING -INFORMATION
Purchases made online can be returned or exchanged and the worldwide shipping is on us.
Domestic
Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-8 business days within Australia, in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative such as an alternative product exchange or refund, if the delay is unsuitable.
Free complimentary shipping is offered on all domestic - Australian orders are shipped through Australia Post.
International
The timeframe for international orders are around 2 weeks. All international orders are dispatched using DHL and are sent via airmail.
Free complimentary shipping is offered on all orders. Alia Jewellery is not responsible for customs fees or any other additional costs incurred via international shipping.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to advise that there may be a delay, if the delay is unsuitable, we arrange an agreeable alternative such as an alternative product, exchange or refund.
DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched using DHL /international orders/ or Post Office Australia /domestic orders/. All orders are sent to the delivery address submitted by the customer. A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure you nominate a delivery address you will be present at during the estimated time of arrival, a signature is required. No PO Boxes accepted. No responsibility is taken by Alia Jewellery for loss or damage once the package has been sent.
RUSH ORDER
If you require a rush order and need to receive your order by a certain date, please email info hello@aliasydney.com before placing your order online.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you require any changes to your order including address details, please contact us immediately to be ensured modifications can be applied. Please note, if delayed, we may not be able to do any requested changes.
ORDER INFORMATION
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been confirmed. To purchase items from us you must be over 18 years old.
IMPORT CHARGES
Custom policies and import taxes vary from country to country, are out of our control, and we unfortunately cannot tell you what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to find out more about these charges. We do not have the responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
RETURNS POLICY
It is our absolute priority to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish, you are welcome to exchange your item for a different color or style or refund for free. The jewellery must be in the original, unworn condition in the original packaging or unfortunately it will not be able to be exchanged or refunded. Please also include a printed version of the original receipt of purchase sent to your email.
Please note that only jewellery, that has been bought through aliasydney.com can be returned, exchanged or refunded. We are not able to accept items purchased from other retailers or special events. Custom made pieces are excluded.
Please contact Customer Service by email on customers@aliasydney.com within 14 days of receiving an item to make your FREE REFUND or make an exchange. Upon approval the jewellery must be returned via registered mail. Alia Jewellery will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs for the exchanged and refunded items. Please include with your item the original order receipt and what you wish to exchange your item for. You will be contacted by an Alia Jewellery staff member, should your exchange choice not be available. Please allow 14 days for your exchange to be processed and delivered to you. Any item that is damaged or any item that was sent to be returned more than 14 days after the delivery was received, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
