Every reasonable effort has been taken in the preparation of this website to ensure the accuracy of its contents, however no warranty is given. Illustrations and all other photographic describtions are for presentation purposes only. No responsibility is taken by Alia Jewellery for loss or damage once the package has been dispatched.
All payments must be made at the time of our Confirmation. Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa and MasterCard cards. If we are unable to accept or fulfill your Order for any reason, then we will refund any money paid by you in respect of the Order. We will not dispatch the Product(s) until we receive payment in full. By using a credit or debit card, you confirm that you are the owner of this card, are over 18 years old or that you have been authorised to use it.
If the issuer of your payment card or our service provider refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise or validate the payment, we will not be liable in these circumstances for any delay or non-delivery in respect of the product(s) which you have ordered as a result.
We do not hold any of your debit or credit card details anywhere on the Site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
To ensure safe shopping, we are VeriSign certified. We also use standard Internet encryption technology to provide you with the maximum practicable level of security.
All pricing listed on the Alia Jewellery website is in Australian Dollars and is GST inclusive.
Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-8 business days within Australia, in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative such as an alternative product exchange or refund, if the delay is unsuitable.
Free complimentary shipping is offered on all domestic - Australian orders are shipped through Australia Post.
The timeframe for international orders are around 2 weeks. All international orders are dispatched using DHL and are sent via airmail.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to advise that there may be a delay, if the delay is unsuitable, we arrange an agreeable alternative such as an alternative product, exchange or refund.
All orders are dispatched using DHL /international orders/ or Post Office Australia /domestic orders. All orders and are sent to the delivery address submitted by the customer. A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure you nominate a delivery address you will be present at during the estimated time of arrival, a signature is required. No PO Boxes accepted. No responsibility is taken by Alia Jewellery for loss or damage once the package has been sent.
If you require a rush order and need to receive your order by a certain date, please email info email@example.com before placing your order online.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you require any changes to your order including address details, please contact us immediately to be ensured modifications can be applied. Please note, if delayed, we may not be able to do any requested changes.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been confirmed. To purchase items from us you must be over 18 years old.
Custom policies and import taxes vary from country to country, are out of our control, and we unfortunately cannot tell you what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to find out more about these charges. We do not have the responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
It is our absolute priority to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish, you are welcome to exchange your item for a different color or style at your expense or REFUND for FREE within 5 days of receiving the item. Items must be in their original, unworn condition in the original packaging or unfortunately they will not be able to be exchanged or refunded. Please also include a printed version of the original receipt of purchase sent to your email.
Please note that only jewellery, that has been bought through aliasydney.com can be returned, exchanged or refunded. We are not able to accept items purchased from other retailers or special events. Custom made pieces are excluded.
Please contact Customer Service by email on firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving the item to make your exchange or FREE REFUND. Upon approval the item must be returned via registered mail. Alia Jewellery will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs for the refunded items. In case of an exchange please include with your item the original order receipt and the details of the product what you wish to exchange your item for. You will be contacted by an Alia Jewellery staff member, should your exchange choice not be available. In case of an exchange customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item from our dispatch. This amount will be debited from the credit card provided for your original purchase. Please allow 14 days for your exchange to be processed and delivered to you. No returns/exchange/refund on sale items. Any item that is damaged or any item that was sent to be returned more than 5 days after the delivery was received, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
